Unity Projects

The projects on this page will require the unity plug-in to be installed on your browser.

If you do not already have it, you will be prompted to download it when you play one.

Jamnation - Available on Android

Picture
A nation torn by the everyday madness of busy streets and intersections. You have been employed to control the traffic lights across the country to help prevent build ups and crashes on the roads.Use your powers for good to save the citizens from themselves and manage the flow of traffic before they revert to their old ways, or wield your power to cause chaos and massive collisions earning points for the amount of damage caused.

Sale on Aisle 12 - Available on Android

Picture
A multiplayer racing runner where shoppers fight their way through crowds, spills and meteors during a frenetic sale event in the supermarket. Slam your fellow patrons into obstacles while avoiding the fallen shelves of aisle 12 to reach the finish first and secure your undisputed claim to all the slashed prices.

Made for Global Games Jam 2016.

Apoch

Picture
This was our final major games project for our university course. We made it as a team of 5.

You can choose 1 of four lethal, scrap vehicles, battling for survival in several scenarios, against hordes of raiders. The game was designed to have 4-player co-op, which is implemented, though it doesn't work very well, so I'm going to scale it back to single-player for this site.

Fuzzbolls

Picture
We made this game as a group of four programmers, for an AI Techniques class at uni, playing around and learning about flocking behaviours and some simple AI techniques.

You play as the mother animal, who has to gather and protect her children from the hungry predators, and get them all back to the nest.

Mazix

Picture
I made this game as part of the Ludum Dare 48 competition, which is where individuals make a game completely from scratch, based around a theme, within 48 hours.
This game is a rubix cube style maze, where you have to rotate the sides to get your way through it.

Wizards in Concrete Boots

Picture
In Wizards in Concrete Boots, players duel each other, casting spells from atop a tower.
I made this as a member of a group of 5, for a class at uni, where the focus was on making a game using a gesture based input system (also wizards).
They are in concrete boots to explain why we didn't animate them.

Running Man 3D

Picture
This is my third unity project, and my favourite. It is a 3D version of the flash game, Running Man, but much cooler.

I originally made it for my DIM2 class, but liked it and am continuing to add new levels as I get the time.

Traffic Jam - Updated to Jamnation

Picture
This is my second project in unity. In it you click on the traffic lights, to turn them from green to red and red to green, to control the flow of traffic, and solve puzzles or survive as long as possible.

However, it is fun to turn all the lights green and watch the chaos you cause.

Pigment of Imagination

Picture
This is the first game I made in unity. It was made very quickly to meet the short deadline of the due date, so is only a prototype of an engine which could easily be built on in the future.
